Pastor (Engr.) Austin Omobhude
is a Mechanical Engineer and holds an MBA. He is the Vice president of Hobark International Inc., Calgary, Canada; the Managing Director/CEO of Uniterm Nig Ltd and the president of E-Joy Global Services Inc. He has worked with Shell E&P in various technical and managerial positions in Nigeria, The Netherlands and Saudi Arabia. Pastor Austin has over 25 years of broad and deep experience in the Oil & Gas industry. He is a member of the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council, Canadian Association of Drilling Engineers and the Society of Petroleum Engineers
Dr. (Engr.) Alex Dawotola
Dr. (Engr.) Alex Dawotola is the Founder and CEO of HENECO, a full-service engineering and construction company with multiple locations in Texas. He is an experienced Chief Executive Officer with excellent track record leading high performing teams. He is a Business Professional and Project Manager with many years of extensive operational, commercial, and financial experience in the Oil & Gas, Renewables and Civil Construction industries. He holds a PhD degree in Engineering from the Delft University of Technology, The Netherlands and an MBA from University of Oklahoma, Norman, OK. He is a licensed professional engineer (PE) in Texas, and a member of the Project Management Institute. Alex is passionate about mentorship for aspiring and established small business owners.
