PHASE 1 PLAN
General Stakeholder Engagement
The focus of stakeholder engagement is to promote productive involvement of all stakeholders in decision making and execution of the Project.
Local Community Outreach
The activities of the Stitching, i.e spiritual wellness, social planning, and support activities to residents of Delft should be clearly communicated.
Documentation
Various project documents have been completed. The documents were developed to properly articulate the project plan and execution strategy.
Fund Raising
The project goal is to raise € 1 Million in funds within a year period.
PHASE 2 EXECUTE
Hire a makelaar/Conduct Property search
The FOMZ Executive members in Delft will lead the process of reaching out to a local estate agent (makelaars). The estate agent will negotiate on our behalf.
The makelaar will be able to perform property checks and find out information about a suitable property.
Review Options
After finding a suitable property, the stakeholders will be contacted for input. The goal will be to find an affordable and suitable property that best meets the Project’s requirements.
Buy Property
Once a suitable property has been found and funding secured, a formal offer of purchase will be made. MZIP and seller will then sign a pre-sale agreement (koopovereenkomst) or provisional contract (voorlopig contract).
PHASE 3 OPERATE
Organizational Structure
The management board will appoint a Facility Director/CEO, who will be responsible for the day to day management of the Facility. The Facility Director will appoint his/her support staff to help in the operations of the center.
Business Case Assessment
As a Stitching, the major returns will be measured in terms of both social impact and financial impact (cash flow).
